Yoga & Pilates classes

Weekly Yoga and Pilates classes are offered across Oxfordshire and Warwickshire. Both practices complement each other beautifully.

Why Yoga?

Yoga unites breath, posture and awareness. The physical practice builds strength, flexibility and balance — but the lasting benefit comes from the calm and clarity it cultivates. A regular practice can:

  • Build deep core, back and stabiliser-muscle strength

Pilates focuses on controlled, precise movements that strengthen from the inside out — building the deep core that supports the spine and protects against injury. Benefits include:

Block booking

Join on a pay-as-you-go basis or block book classes — whichever option suits you best. Please get in touch for current term dates and to confirm available spaces.

If you opt for block booking and happen to miss a class, you’re welcome to attend any of the other scheduled classes during the term, provided there’s available space.

Kindly note that missed classes cannot be carried forward to the next term.
