Lymphatic Drainage Therapy

Lymphatic Drainage Therapy offers significant health benefits by reducing fluid in the body and swelling (Oedema).

A gentle, rhythmic manipulation technique that stimulates the lymphatic system to drain excess fluid, toxins and waste from the body. The light, repetitive strokes encourage the natural movement of the lymph, supporting the immune system and reducing puffiness and fluid retention.

Especially beneficial following surgery, illness, or during periods of fatigue, Lymphatic Drainage Therapy helps support the body’s natural detoxification and healing processes.

Treatments may be enjoyed as a standalone therapy or as a recommended course of four sessions designed to stimulate and support the body’s key lymphatic pathways more comprehensively.

Benefits include:

  • Boosts the immune system
  • Management of Lymphedema and prevents Lymphedema progression
  • Softens tissue and reduces fibrotic tissue from side effects of some cancer treatments
  • Supports post surgical recovery
  • Improves circulation
  • Reduces fatigue and alleviates discomfort in the limbs
Reflexology foot treatment
09 — Re-tune the body

Reflexology

Reflexology has been practised for thousands of years and has its origins in China and Egypt. It uses the feet as a map or mirror of the whole body. Following illness, stress, injury or disease, the body is in a state of imbalance and vital energy pathways can be blocked. By manipulating and applying pressure to reflex zones in the feet, the whole body can be re-tuned and brought back into balance.

Benefits include:

  • Promotes deep relaxation and reduces stress and anxiety
  • Improves general wellbeing
  • Supports during periods or hormonal and emotional imbalance
  • Helps with digestive issues
  • Improves sleep
  • Calming and restorative
Acupuncture and dry needling treatment

Acupuncture & Dry Needling

Acupuncture is an evidence‑based treatment that uses very fine, sterile needles to support the body’s natural healing processes. The approach is informed by modern anatomy, physiology, and neurology, alongside principles from traditional Chinese medicine.

Acupuncture and dry needling work by stimulating nerves, muscles, and connective tissues, and are commonly used as part of treatment for pain, tension, and physical dysfunction. This therapy is regularly applied in the management of muscular pain, headaches, joint discomfort, and sports‑related injuries, supporting recovery following injury or physical strain.

Renowned for its wide‑ranging effects, acupuncture can support both physical restoration and emotional balance.

Benefits include:

  • Reduce pain and muscular tension
  • Relieve sciatica and back ache
  • Improves sleep
  • Improve mobility and movement
  • Encourage healthy circulation
  • Support recovery from injury or physical dysfunction
  • Promote overall physical and emotional balance
Aromatherapy massage treatment
11 — At the heart of every treatment

Aromatherapy

Dating back to Egyptian times, aromatherapy uses essential oils — each with unique properties that can be blended together to create a tailored treatment for body and mind. Between 40 and 50 oils are commonly used, each with their own individual properties.

Oils are absorbed through the skin into the bloodstream and, depending on the type of oil, have an effect on specific functions and ailments. The warm, scented oils combine to create a sensory and restorative physical treatment with lasting benefits.

Aromatherapy can help with:

  • Muscular aches, pains and arthritis
  • Headaches, migraines, colds and sinusitis
  • Skin conditions (eczema, psoriasis, acne)
  • Sleep disturbances, anxiety, stress and depression
  • Digestive complaints and immune support
  • Menstrual and menopausal problems
